The City of Lancaster is currently engaged in intensive efforts to revitalize the Downtown Lancaster area, which surrounds Lancaster Boulevard between 10th Street West and Sierra Highway. Through partnerships with various stakeholders, including the BLVD Association, Lancaster Old Town Site, and the Downtown Revitalization Committee, the City of Lancaster is transforming your downtown.
