Moon Walk this Saturday at the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve
Jeremy Amarant of the SAGE Planetarium will lead guests on a one-mile trek along the trails of the Preserve, Saturday, November 14 at 6:00 pm. Amarant will stop at various locations to share his knowledge of the stars, planets and their solar systems.
Weather permitting, AV Astronomy Club members will be located in the parking lot with telescopes to allow participants a closer look at the night sky.
The walk will begin in the Elyze Clifford Interpretive Center at the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve located on the corner of 35th Street West and Avenue K-8. There is no charge for this event.
