Any person who would like to address the City Council/Redevelopment Agency on any agendized item is requested to complete a speaker card for the City Clerk/Agency Secretary and identify the agenda item you would like to discuss. Each person will be given an opportunity to address the City Council/Redevelopment Agency at the time such item is discussed. Speaker cards are available at the rear of the Council Chambers and your speaker card must be filled out prior to the agenda item being called. AGENCY ACTIONS
CONSENT CALENDAR - The Redevelopment Agency Consent Calendar may be acted upon with one motion, a second and the vote.
- Under protest, approve payment in the amount of $3,598,805.00 to the County of Los Angeles on behalf of the State of California for Fiscal Year 2010/11 Supplemental Education Revenue Augmentation Fund deposit; approve a loan from Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds to fund this payment, as detailed in Attachment A of the staff report.
- Adopt Resolution No. 07-11, approving the payment of the Supplemental Education Revenue Augmentation Fund (SERAF) deposit with a loan from the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund.
- Approve budget adjustments as detailed on Attachment A in the staff report.

CC 2. Approve the Check and Wire Registers for March 27, 2011 through April 9, 2011 in the amount of $4,476,676.09.

Approve the final map for Parcel Map No. 71355, located on the northwest corner of 5th Street East and Avenue I, and accept the dedications as offered on the map; make findings that this project will not violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5, 66474.1, and 66474.6 of the Subdivision Map Act; instruct the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the certificate which embodies the approval of said map and the dedications shown thereon.

Adopt Resolution No. 11-20, resolution of the City Council of the City of Lancaster, approving a disposition strategy for the sale of single-family residences acquired under the Neighborhood Foreclosure Home Preservation Program and South Downtown Neighborhood Project.

Adopt Resolution No. 08-11, a resolution of the Lancaster Redevelopment Agency, approving a disposition strategy for the sale of single-family residences acquired under the Neighborhood Foreclosure Home Preservation Program and the South Downtown Neighborhood Project.

Recommendation:
