Wiki Night

Ideas, Projects and Thoughts from Creative Minds in the Antelope Valley

LMOAH Wiki NightWiki Night is a community forum for collaborative documentation of creative ideas in the Antelope Valley. Based on the presentation format, Pecha Kucha (Japanese term for the sound of “chit chat”), each participant has 20 slides, with 20 seconds per slide to share their works and ideas freely, giving a total of 6 minutes 40 seconds before the next presenter is up.

The event is a monthly opportunity for creative individuals to come together in an informal atmosphere to share their ideas, projects and thoughts. There are always a variety of creative topics to explore!

Free for all to attend.

The Lancaster Museum of Art and History’s June 16th Wiki Night event will feature the following Pecha Kucha presentations:

Ben Andrews, “Stop-Animation as Art in the New Media Landscape.”

Nicelle Davis, "In the Circus of You: A Collaboration of Words and Images."

Tristan Greenleaf, “The Relationship between the Personalization of an Instrument and the Personalization of Music.”

Rachel Jennings, “Who Is the Green Man? Foliate Heads and Leaf Masks in Medieval Architecture.”

Laurie Solis, “Fun Facts in Human Biology.”
