This is the time for citizens who would like to address the Power Authority on any agendized item. Please complete a speaker card for the Authority Secretary and identify the agenda item you would like to discuss. Speaker cards are available at the entrance of the Council Chambers. Individual speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each.

NB 1. Power Authority Resolution No. PA 01-11, fixing time; place of regular meetings and providing the manner in which special meetings may be called.

Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution No. PA 01-11, a resolution of the Lancaster Power Authority fixing time and place for regular meetings and providing the manner in which special meetings of the Authority may be called, directing the filing of a notice of formation with the Secretary of State, designating an official meeting address and establishing the order of business and rules for its proceedings.

Recommendation:
Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Instream Energy Systems (Instream) to work cooperatively to develop hydrokinetic power generation systems, which will provide renewable energy.
