IMPACT - Teen Volunteer Program
Empowering Youth Through Community Engagement
The IMPACT Initiative addresses the beautification of the community, a top priority of the Mayor and Council, as well as the City Administration, moving forward into Fiscal Year 2023/24. The City of Lancaster’s IMPACT Initiative aims to strategize, develop, contribute, and endorse activities and groundbreaking programs that profoundly enhance the visual character of our community.
High School Volunteer Program
IMPACT continues to build upon its success from the beginning. Our program offers students invaluable on-the-job training and experience through collaboration, allowing them to develop their interpersonal skills, foster meaningful connections, and achieve future success. Our mission is to provide local youth with the opportunity to actively engage in the community.
IMPACT is a program designed for high school students (Grades 9th - 12th) who will receive an awarded scholarship once they complete the 100 hours of volunteer work.
