“Turn Your Tassel” Recognizes Lancaster’s 2023 High School Graduates

The City of Lancaster is proud to recognize our exemplary students with banners placed in various locations on and surrounding The BLVD through the “Turn Your Tassel” program.

The cost of the banner is $90 – Payment is due upon acceptance.
To be chosen, the student must satisfy the following criteria:

• Attending a high school within Lancaster
• Graduating high school senior
• Nominators must submit a recent high-resolution photograph along with the application.

Selections will be made at the discretion of the City of Lancaster. Banners may be displayed for up to two (2) months; location will be based on a first-come first-served basis. Banners will be disposed of after one month of removal if not picked up from City Hall.

Banners are placed on The BLVD, American Heroes Park, Sgt. Steve Owen Memorial Park, & Jane Reynolds Park.

*Important* Applications are due no later than June 2nd. Applications that meet the criteria and are submitted prior to the deadline will be chosen on a first come first served basis. A maximum of 180 nominees will be accepted.
