Residents not currently involved with Neighborhood Watch are encouraged to come learn more about the program at this free outreach meeting, held immediately after the Public Safety Fair & Emergency Expo.
Neighborhood Watch is a free program where neighbors in a particular neighborhood look out for each other and report crime and suspicious activity occuring on their block and around their neighborhood. The program is free, requires minimal involvement, and is a GREAT way to get to know your neighbors while protecting your home and your property at the same time.
Interested residents can visit the City of Lancaster booth at the Public Safety Fair & Emergency Expo to receive a free raffle ticket, for prizes to be given away at the outreach meeting that night (prizes will include T-shirts, emergency kit items, and more). Winners must be present to win.
For more information about this meeting, please call the Public Safety Office at (661) 723-6063 or email publicsafety@cityoflancasterca.org.
