Join us at this important community workshop to learn about the draft Specific Plan for Downtown Lancaster.  The workshop will include a presentation about the Specific Plan and its components, including a form-based code and implementation program.  There will also be opportunities to provide feedback on the draft plan.  Community comments will be considered in the final revisions of the Downtown Lancaster Specific Plan.
