April Bartlett is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, President of Block Properties, Inc., and certified as the Antelope Valley’s first EcoBroker. She is a member of the Antelope Valley Board of Trade, and a lifetime Sheriff’s Booster Member. As an active member of the Lancaster Woman’s club, she initiated and developed the club’s website. Commissioned by the Secretary of State, Bartlett is also a Notary Public.

Bartlett attended St. Mary’s School, and graduated from Palmdale High School. She obtained her Paralegal Certification and Associates Degree, and worked as a paralegal at a local law firm for 3 years.

April Bartlett has been a resident of the Antelope Valley for over 30 years, where she and her husband Rich started their own silkscreening and sportswear manufacturing business, Block Alternatives, over 20 years ago. In 2003, they opened The Block Shop, a local bicycle shop.
