Community Center
Our new Lancaster Community Center is the perfect place for our community to gather. The LCC is driven to take togetherness to the next level, and hosts many resources and communal areas, including a makerspace, kitchen and computer lab. Learn more about the LCC.
Community Engagement
Lancaster’s Community Homes are located in residential neighborhoods throughout the City, and empower residents and families by providing local access to programs, services, and resources. The Homes fall into three distinct categories: Neighborhood Impact, Neighborhood Health, and A Place In Time, with each category offer resources and programming to help residents overcome barriers and challenges.
After School Enrichment Centers
Lancaster’s After School Enrichment Centers provide participants with a stimulating after school environment where they can interact with peers, get homework assistance, and play games and sports.
Lancaster Day Camps
Lancaster offers Summer and Winter Day Camps, with weekly excursions to locations like Universal Studios, Six Flags and the Natural History Museum. Sibling discounts are available.
Homeless Prevention Services
The City of Lancaster has cultivated and is committed to implementing a multi-faceted approach to tackling the complexities of homelessness. These strategies include a new facility, Kensington Campus; the Lancaster Community Homelessness Plan, tailored specifically to our community needs; and a number of key partnerships.
