This facility is by appointment only. We regret that we do not accept walk-ins and suggest you book an appointment early; as wait times for appointments are roughly 6-8 weeks away.

ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE FILLED OUT AND CORRECT FORMS OF PAYMENT MUST BE READY AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED.

The City of Lancaster, Parks, Arts, Recreation and Community Services Department is pleased to offer the following passport services:

• Acceptance of applications for new passport books and passport cards (land and sea travel to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda only)*
• Expedited processing
• Forms for other passport services
• Passport photo services on site

Our facility does not accept passport renewal applications for adults as this process can be completed by mail – unless you were 16 or younger when you received your most recent passport or it expired over 5 years ago.                                                                                                                                                            

Please bring the following documents to your appointment:

• Completed UNSIGNED DS-11 form*

• ORIGINAL/Certified copy of proof of U.S. Citizenship (CA Birth Abstracts not acceptable)

• VALID Primary identification (front & back)

• Passport photo (taken within the last 6 months)

• APPLICATION FEE: Check, Money Order  Payable to: U.S. Department of State 

• PROCESSING FEE: Cash, Credit Card, Check or  Money Order Payable tothe City of Lancaster

• PASSPORT PHOTO FEE: $11.00
