Purchasing is the division within the finance department responsible for providing procurement services for the City. Purchasing works closely with the City departments to obtain the best value in the procurement of commodities, services, and equipment.

For Public Works Construction Project (PWCP) bids, register at: PlanetBids

• Anyone working on a public works project must be paid prevailing wages as determined by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR)
