Lancaster Continuum of Care
Lancaster is a compassionate community which continually strives to better itself and its residents. People in Lancaster are working hard to improve their community and help fellow residents to meet their challenges; they are generous with their time and money.
The Continuum of Care is an effort to create a network of support that reaches those in crisis. At the same time, it seeks to put future generations on solid ground so they ar able to deal with challenges and avoid crisis. By strengthening the community as a whole, Lancaster, as a part of the Antelope Valley, will find the best long-term solutions to public concerns.
