The Parks, Arts, Recreation & Community Services Department promotes all of our special classes in our award-winning quarterly Outlook brochure that is distributed to every resident and business in Lancaster.
The City registers all class participants on a first come, first serve basis. Each instructor determines his or her own class size & fee. The City of Lancaster requires that instructors complete a class proposal, demonstrate their craft, provide two references & social security number and complete background check prior to teaching classes.
