Team of Illegal Dump Eliminators (TIDE)

We take pride in making sure Lancaster is safe and clean for everyone. Our Public Works' Team of Illegal Dump Eliminators (TIDE) Crew is TIDE-Ying up Lancaster by cleaning up debris from illegal dumping and graffiti. 

Started in September 2020, the TIDE Crew has addressed 700 backlogged illegal dumping and graffiti reports. They provide a team atmosphere that will strengthen interdepartmental relationships and communication.

Residents can report graffiti, illegal dumping, debris, or other waste and the T.I.D.E. Crew will take care of it!
