During the 1960s, The Kingston Trio revolutionized folk and pop music in America. In no time The Limeliters, The Brothers Four, Chad Mitchell and The Smothers Brothers all found an audience. It was this “folk revival” that set the stage for Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Peter Paul & Mary, The Byrds and the protest movement of the ‘60s. This year marks the 50th anniversary of this banjo-guitar-vocals trio, which today consists of Bill Zorn, George Grove and Rick Dougherty.
