Lancaster's Annual Aerospace Walk of Honor celebrates the Antelope Valley's rich aerospace history as well as pioneers in the industry. An unveiling of monuments for this year’s honorees will take place at 11 am at Boeing Plaza. The theme of this year’s event is From the Sea to the Sky: Unearthing the Pioneering Spirit. The brief unveiling ceremony will be followed by a ceremony at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center beginning at 3:00 pm and featuring guest speaker John Chatterton, one of the world's most accomplished and well known wreck divers and former co-host of the History Channel's Deep Sea Detectives. Following the ceremony, an autograph signing with the honorees will take place in Judy Garland Garden at 5:00 pm. This event coincides with Celebrate Downtown, a fun-filled celebration of fine food, music and community.
