PUBLIC BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR - AGENDIZED ITEMS
Any person who would like to address the City Council/Redevelopment Agency on any agendized item is requested to complete a speaker card for the City Clerk/Agencry Secretary and identify the agenda item you would like to discuss. Each person will be given an opportunity to address the City Council/Redevelopment Agency at the time such item is discussed. Speaker cards are available at the rear of the Council Chambers and your speaker card must be filled out prior to the agenda item being called. We respectfully request that you fill the cards out completely and print as clearly as possible. Following this procedure will allow for a smooth and timely process for the City Council/Redevelopment Agency meeting and we appreciate your cooperation. Individual speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each.

RCC 1. Approve a lease agreement between the Agency and the Lancaster School District for the Park View Middle School site at 808 W. Avenue J with an assignment of the lease to the University of Antelope Valley.

Morales, Inc. for Public Works Construction Project No. 09-006, Signal Operational Improvements and Upgrade Project; direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the project; authorize payment of the 10 percent retention 35 days after recordation, provided no stop notices, as provided by law, have been filed.

Recommendation:
Introduce Ordinance No. 952, approving Zone Change No. 10-01, applying a Senior Mobilehome Park Overlay Zone to three existing mobilehome park properties in the City (Refer to “Exhibit A” on the staff report).
