Lancaster, CA. September 10, 2024– Community events are at the heart of Lancaster, bringing our residents together to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories. As we continue to foster these beloved traditions, the City of Lancaster is committed to ensuring that our events meet the highest standards and reflect the desires of our community. We are excited to invite residents to an upcoming public meeting to help shape the future of local entertainment.

Rex Parris. “We want to hear from everyone on what makes Lancaster special and how we can continue to grow and improve our offerings. Your voice matters, and this is your chance to help shape the future of entertainment in Lancaster.”

This is a unique opportunity for residents to share their thoughts on the types of artists, events, and cultural offerings they want to see in their hometown. Keen Independent Research, a renowned consultant specializing in community engagement, has been brought on board to assess Lancaster’s entertainment landscape and identify opportunities to better serve our community.

The 1.5-hour meeting will feature a flexible, station-based structure, allowing participants to provide feedback on multiple topics of interest in a self-directed manner. Attendees are encouraged to come and go as is convenient within the meeting period. The event will begin with a brief presentation, followed by time to visit interactive stations, complete surveys, and engage in discussions. Keen Independent will also set up five stations throughout the room, where comment cards and pens will be available for additional input.
