West Lancaster Boulevard and Sierra Highway
The most logical spot to start your tour of the monuments, this location is east across the street from the Sheriff station and north across the street from the Lancaster Metrolink station.

Driving Directions
Free parking is available at the Aerospace Walk of Honor parking lot on the North-East side of the intersection, across the street from the Sheriff station.  The 14 Freeway runs directly through Lancaster, California.

Coming from the North
The 58 connects to the 14 in Mojave.
The 5 and 99 connect to the 138 in Gormen.
The 138 connects to and becomes the 14.

From the 14, Exit on Ave I, Go left (east, 3 miles).
On Sierra Highway, Go right (south, 1/2 mile).
Lancaster Blvd is the next major traffic light.

Notes: While on Ave I going toward Sierra Hwy, if you pass the train tracks, you've gone too far. While on Sierra going toward Lancaster Blvd, stay on the left (inner) lane. 

                                                 

Coming from the South
The 14 Fwy goes to the right (northeast)
and the 5 Fwy goes to the left (northwest).

Most Southern California Freeways connect directly to the 5 Freeway or to other Freeways that do.
The 210 East-bound connects to the 5.
The 405 North-bound connects to the 5.

On the 14, Exit on Ave K, Go right (east, 3 miles).
On Sierra Highway, Go left (north, 2 miles).
Lancaster Blvd. is the second major traffic light.

Coming from the East
The 58 West-bound connects to the 14 Fwy in Mojave. From there, Go South on the 14 and follow the "Coming from the NORTH" directions.

The 138 West-bound becomes the Palmdale Blvd.
From Palmdale Blvd., you can go right on Sierra until Lancaster Blvd. (6 miles) or you can get on the 14 North-bound, exit on Ave K and follow the "Coming from the SOUTH" directions.

If you get connected to the 5 Freeway, follow the "Coming from the South" directions.

The 58 West-bound connects to the 14 Fwy in Mojave. From there, Go South on the 14 and follow the "Coming from the NORTH" directions.

The 138 West-bound becomes the Palmdale Blvd.
